Continuing Education Cooperative Agreements

You or Your organization may apply for ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) and/or AAA (American Academy of Audiology) CEU Approval for Continuing Education events you host.

Here's How:

  1. Your Organization must be an OSLHA member or Participating Organization
    ( you have 50% or more active OSLHA members in your Speech-Language or Audiology departments)

  2. Contact the OSLHA Business Office at for CE information and a registration packet at least 3 months prior to your CE activity to allow ample time to have the required ASHA/AAA logo and promotional paragraph included on any brochures and advertising you distribute to promote your event.
  3. Completed paperwork Must Be submitted to CE Administrator at OSLHA no less than 45 days prior to your event/workshop.  Any registrations received less than 45 days prior to the event WILL NOT be considered for a cooperative agreement.

  4. Return your completed paperwork with the $350 fee for each CE Event you request. Contact us for pricing if you will be offering the same exact course more than once in a calendar year. Fees are non-refundable after paperwork is submitted to ASHA.

  5. CEU registration request, documentation and payment of CE Event Fee must be received by OSLHA Business Office before it will be processed or submitted for approval by ASHA or AAA.
Registration materials received LESS THAN 45 days prior to the event WILL NOT be processed/considered for a cooperative agreement.

OSLHA hosts an Annual Convention and participates in cooperative agreements for many events throughout the state.  OSLHA also provides a Calendar of Events listing other seminars available nationally.
